Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned home dialysis patients
• Educate and train patients and home partners on peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis
• Conduct ongoing dialysis data review, document care, and communicate changes to the physician as needed
• Support safe dialysis treatment delivery, medication administration, and emergency response measures
• Assist with home candidate evaluation, initial home visits, and interdisciplinary care planning

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state nursing licensure and CPR BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience preferred
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite, participate in on-call rotation, and meet physical demands of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Nephrology nursing experience
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis
• Strong patient education and care coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and care teams
