Registered Nurse - RN - Dialysis

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent home dialysis nursing care for assigned patients
• Perform ongoing patient assessment, document findings, and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and home partners on dialysis treatment, equipment, and self-care
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies according to clinical protocols
• Support candidate evaluation, home readiness assessment, and training for home dialysis
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and quality of care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state nursing licensure
• Current CPR BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of nephrology nursing experience
• Minimum 3 months of home dialysis therapy experience
• Ability to work onsite and participate in on-call, weekend, holiday, and travel requirements
