Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques
• Monitor and record significant changes in resident conditions or reactions to treatments
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess resident health
• Maintain current and accurate resident charts and documentation
• Communicate changes in resident behavior, medications, or health status to families and physicians
• Modify care plans, care directives, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) based on resident needs

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to administer medications and take vital signs
• 1+ years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred
