About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Manager on Duty to ensure smooth daily clinical operations and efficient patient flow.
- Perform clinical assessments, vital signs, phlebotomy, IV therapy, and point-of-care testing.
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience for members, proactively addressing concerns and service recovery.
- Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for staff, patients, and operational concerns.
- Maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and clinical equipment to ensure readiness for patient care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and infection prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, Advanced Care Practitioners, and Care Coordinators to provide seamless multidisciplinary care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Proven experience with phlebotomy, IV placement, and ambulatory patient care.
- Strong clinical decision-making, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience in concierge medicine, preventive medicine, or specialty ambulatory settings.
- Experience working in a high-touch or hospitality-focused patient care environment.
- Previous experience as a charge nurse or in clinical operations/healthcare leadership.
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary, team-based models of care.
