About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction
- Triage incoming patient requests for services
- Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness
- Delegate care appropriately according to Colorado statute
- Perform healthcare assessments, prioritizing, and critical thinking
- Handle high telephone volume for medications and assistance
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures
- Coordinate patient care with physician practices and other healthcare entities
- Utilize Relationship-Based Care to advocate for patient safety and preferences
Requirements
- One-year clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a valid compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
