Registered Nurse – Primary Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, high-quality primary healthcare services within a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans
• Perform clinical tasks including immunisations, blood collection, and wound care
• Administer medications and manage chronic disease interventions
• Provide health promotion and education to improve patient wellbeing
• Ensure care honours the dignity, culture, and rights of all individuals

Requirements

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (General unrestricted registration)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience in hands-on patient care within an operational setting (non-Telehealth)
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
