About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality healthcare services to clients, including assessing somatic conditions and medical needs
  • Communicate with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocols and courses of action
  • Create a favorable group climate to support the effective treatment of each enrolled client
  • Perform clinical tasks to support the provision of cost-effective medical services within the Behavioral Health Division

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or a valid multistate RN license authorized to practice in Washington
  • 0-2 years of registered nursing experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with outside agencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Experience in mental health and chemical dependency
  • Experience with electronic charting
  • Knowledge of local resources for individuals experiencing homelessness, low income, or chronic behavioral health challenges
  • Experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbances
