Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide quality healthcare services and somatic assessments for behavioral health clients during night shift on-call hours
• Assess medical needs and somatic conditions of clients
• Communicate with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocols and courses of action
• Create a favorable group climate to support the effective treatment of enrolled clients
• Perform clinical tasks to support the provision of cost-effective medical services within the Behavioral Health Division

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of registered nursing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with outside agencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in mental health and chemical dependency
• Experience with electronic charting
• Knowledge of local resources for individuals experiencing homelessness, low income, or chronic behavioral health challenges
• Mental Health Professional designation per WAC 246-341-0515
• Experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbances
