Responsibilities

• Plan nursing care and provide holistic basic and treatment care
• Shape relationships using validation and de-escalation techniques
• Manage medication by implementing medical orders and monitoring effects
• Ensure documentation by planning goals and evaluating measures

Requirements

• Completed training as a nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in or Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle stress
• Interest in new challenges
