Registered Nurse - Perioperative

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ensure patient safety throughout the theatre journey
• Recognise and respond to changing patient needs effectively
• Apply a safety-first mindset to ensure positive patient experience outcomes
• Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
• Proven experience in Scrub/Scout or Anaesthetics & PACU
• Essential experience in Endoscopy, Plastics, ENT, or Oral Maxillofacial surgery
• Ability to work a rotating roster including AM and PM shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Post graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing
