Registered Nurse - Patient Educator

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized face-to-face training to home testing customers on blood sampling and PT/INR product operation
• Remotely set up training appointments directly with customers and caregivers
• Travel to customer home settings within the assigned geographic location
• Demonstrate and instruct customers on the proper use and care of PT/INR equipment
• Explain test reporting options and document patient training records electronically
• Maintain professional communication via cell phone, email, and secure encrypted channels for PHI

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven clinical experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip
• Proficiency with computers, smart devices, and basic application troubleshooting
• Ability to own a personal laptop/desktop and access a printer for company requirements
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience or exposure to anticoagulation management or homecare
• Previous experience in health education training
