Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments of patients and families to determine home care needs
• Initiate and revise plans of care based on changing patient status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Provide health care instructions and counsel patients and families
• Coordinate care with community health professionals and physicians
• Supervise and evaluate home health aide care
• Participate in on-call duties as defined by policy

Requirements

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile with insurance
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Home Health or Community Health/Hospice
