Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage a primary caseload
• Provide skilled professional nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers
• Ensure care complies with physician prescriptions, Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws, and agency policies

Requirements

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2–4 years of direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
• Graduate of an approved nursing program

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
