Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, implement, and revise the plan of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise care provided by home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses
• Complete comprehensive assessments (OASIS) including medication reconciliation
• Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards
• Communicate relevant information timely to agency staff, physicians, patients, and family members
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as needed

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 1+ years of Home Health experience
• Ability to work independently
• Solid communication, writing, and organizational skills
