Registered Nurse - Oncology

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy safely and accurately following ADAC/EVIQ protocols
• Monitor and manage side effects while providing emotional and physical support to patients
• Educate patients and their families throughout the cancer treatment journey
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to efficient patient flow and uphold high standards of clinical care

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 4 years of acute care oncology experience
• Chemotherapy competency with current EVIQ/ADAC certification
• Strong clinical knowledge of cancer nursing best practices
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in Oncology (or currently working towards them)
