Responsibilities

Nursing (Nursing Specialist / Health and Care Nurse)

• Basic and treatment care
• Monitoring vital parameters
• Participation in diagnostics and therapy
• Nursing planning, documentation, and quality assurance
• Patient and relative counseling
• Emergency and acute care
• Organization and coordination of nursing processes

Operating Theatre Assistant (OTA)

• Preparation of operating rooms, instruments, and materials
• Assistance during surgical procedures (instrumentation, runner duties)
• Compliance with hygiene and sterility standards
• Documentation of procedures
• Material and warehouse logistics in the OR

Anesthesia Technician Assistant (ATA)

• Preparation of anesthesia workstations and devices
• Assistance with anesthesia and anesthesiological measures
• Monitoring vital parameters during anesthesia
• Patient care before, during, and after anesthesia
• Documentation and compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Completed training in the respective field (Nursing, OTA, or ATA)
• Valid professional license
• Knowledge of hygiene, patient care, and medical documentation
• Teamwork, communication skills, and sense of responsibility
• Resilience, reliable working style, and empathy
• Willingness to work shifts and on-call duty if required
• Basic IT and documentation skills
