About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in an outpatient setting
- Practice with a high level of autonomy and professional responsibility
- Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs
- Communicate changes in patient status and diagnostic results to healthcare providers
- Obtain training for oncology nursing and administration of chemotherapeutic agents
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse license in good standing from the Montana State Board of Nursing
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to complete Oncology Nurses Society Biotherapy Certification within six months of hire
