Northern Montana Hospital (NMH) is a not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital dedicated to meeting the growing needs of the Hi-Line communities of Montana. We provide comprehensive medical and health care services, including a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Act as a support and resource person in the care of patients before or after surgery, during recovery, and during acute illness
• Perform assessment, coordination, implementation, delegation, and evaluation of safe and effective patient-centered care
• Develop proficiency in caring for individuals on the Medical/Surgical/Pediatric unit across various age groups
• Function within established policies and procedures for the provision of health care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Registered nurse license from the Montana State Board of Nursing
• BLS certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of Med/Surg experience
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
