About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for adults within a five-bed Residential Treatment and Day Program
- Support individuals transitioning from or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home
- Monitor patient health and manage medication administration in a residential setting
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality supported housing services
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in adult care or residential treatment settings
- Ability to work onsite in Boscawen, New Hampshire
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
