Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth assessments and support patients through treatment expectations
• Build knowledge of patient journeys, systems, and medicinal cannabis frameworks
• Manage complex patient interactions including clinical escalations and adverse event follow-ups
• Handle complaint resolutions, pharmacy-related concerns, and clinical investigations

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no conditions or restrictions
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate clinical nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Experience managing patients with chronic health conditions
• High level of digital literacy and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
• Availability to work a 5-day roster including one Saturday per month and Christmas/New Year periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous telehealth or virtual care experience
• Mental health nursing experience
• Knowledge or experience within the medicinal cannabis sector
