Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, conscientious, evidence-based, holistic patient-centered care in a 20-bed Progressive Critical Care unit
• Care for critical and moderate care medical-surgical patients, including those transitioning from ICU
• Manage acute and chronic ventilated patients and those weaning from ventilator support
• Utilize a team and interdisciplinary approach to patient recovery
• Float to designated units as needed during times of low census

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN license
• Ability to provide a complete and accurate resume

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• 6 months to 1 year of Acute Care RN experience
• ICU RN experience
• 1 year of charge nurse experience
• 1 year of current ventilator experience
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
