Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with benign and malignant disorders of the hematopoietic system
• Care for patients within Hematology/Oncology, Medical Oncology, and Neuro-Oncology services
• Manage surgical patients from Acute Care Surgery services
• Complete hospital-based chemotherapy training and competency checkoffs
• Float to designated units during times of low census

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN license
• Ability to pass NCLEX for Graduate Nurses within 45 days of hire
• Submission of a complete and accurate resume

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• OCN certification
• Previous oncology experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills
