About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide acute care for patients with multiple chronic illnesses, including Diabetes, Hypertension, and Lupus
- Work within a fast-paced 32-bed medical unit providing care to four Internal Medicine Services
- Participate in self-scheduling, developing in-services, and professional practice committees
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license (or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire for Graduate Nurses)
- Successful completion of the NCLEX
- A complete and accurate resume must be provided for consideration
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working with Medical/Surgical patients
