Registered Nurse - Medical - Surgical/PAR

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and coordinate referrals as per clinical guidelines
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care considering medical and surgical needs
• Administer medications and treatments safely, including post-operative care
• Monitor patient condition, recognize changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Ensure proper use of clinical equipment and maintain safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care
• Educate patients and families, address concerns, and support a smooth patient journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH license (or DOH eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Theatre experience
• BLS certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Orthopedics experience
• ACLS or PALS certification
