Registered Nurse (Male)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations safely while monitoring patient responses
• Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and escalate care appropriately to ensure timely intervention
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and ongoing care requirements
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure effective communication with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Promote patient safety by adhering to infection prevention, quality, and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuing professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid DOH/DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare information systems
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS or PALS certification
