Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
• Administer medications, vaccines, and nursing interventions in line with clinical guidelines
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with clinical pathways, policies, and evidence-based practices
• Facilitate patient and family education to support care management and preventive health
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to prioritize patient care and escalate concerns
• Document care, maintain effective communication, and ensure continuity of patient care
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and educational/research activities
• Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance and constructive feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DOH medical license
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Emirati Talent

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS/PALS certification
