Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments and perform thorough patient evaluations according to clinical guidelines.
• Provide holistic patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, including vaccines, while ensuring strict adherence to protocols.
• Promote a safe healthcare environment by following clinical guidelines, policies, and evidence-based practices.
• Manage and maintain clinical equipment, material resources, and medical store monitoring.
• Maintain clear and accurate medical documentation and facilitate seamless patient transitions.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding care management and preventive health measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Valid United Arab Emirates Medical License (DOH, DHA, or MOH).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
