Registered Nurse, Level II NICU

Responsibilities

• Care for antepartum, laboring, recovery, and postpartum patients
• Provide family-centered care including the well newborn
• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction
• Triage incoming patient requests for services
• Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness
• Delegate care appropriately according to Colorado statute
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures
• Coordinate care with physician practices and other team members
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• One year of clinical experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Colorado Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Safety (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of an Associate Nursing Degree
