About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans
- Support the delivery of therapeutic interventions
- Contribute to risk assessments
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and the wider clinical team to promote independence and well-being
Requirements
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse – Learning Disabilities (RNLD)
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
