Registered Nurse - Learning Disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans
• Support the delivery of therapeutic interventions
• Contribute to risk assessments
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and the wider clinical team to promote independence and well-being

Requirements

• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse – Learning Disabilities (RNLD)
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
