About the role
Responsibilities
- Care for antepartum, laboring, recovery, and postpartum patients
- Provide family-centered care for well newborns and Level 2 Nursery patients
- Oversee daily patient flow to optimize safety and satisfaction
- Triage incoming patient requests for services
- Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and wellness
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures
- Coordinate care with physician practices and other team members
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- One year of clinical experience
- Associate Nursing Degree or higher
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Safety (ACLS) certification
