Registered Nurse II - Women Urgent Care

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and assessment of patients presenting with urgent obstetric and gynecological conditions
• Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing, including performing and interpreting fetal heart rate monitoring (CTG)
• Provide emergency nursing care for conditions such as vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and early pregnancy complications
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Recognize signs of patient deterioration and initiate appropriate emergency protocols
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, gynecologists, and anesthetists
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, follow-up care, and warning signs
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
• Valid UAE license (DOH/DHA/MOH)
• Proven experience in managing emergency gynecology cases
