About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction
- Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness
- Delegate care appropriately according to Colorado statute
- Perform healthcare assessments, prioritizing, and critical thinking
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Advocate for patient safety and preferences using Relationship-Based Care
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado or via a valid compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ENPC certification
- Associate Nursing Degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of critical care experience
- CCRN certification
