Registered Nurse - ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with ICU standards
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex clinical data, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
• Participate in emergency and rapid response interventions, ensuring timely and appropriate escalation
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the EMR system
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and provide emotional support during critical situations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or DOH eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
