Registered Nurse (ICU)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for complex patients with multi-system issues in a safe and therapeutic environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient history and physical assessments
• Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans in response to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications and perform medical interventions using sound clinical judgment
• Document all care provided and monitor patient progress toward desired outcomes
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge preparation
• Direct and supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed personnel in delegated activities
• Manage time and resources effectively to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current New Hampshire Board of Nursing RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
