Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for complex patients with multi-system issues in a safe and therapeutic environment
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient history and physical assessments
- Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans in response to evolving clinical needs
- Administer medications and perform medical interventions using sound clinical judgment
- Document all care provided and monitor patient progress toward desired outcomes
- Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge preparation
- Direct and supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed personnel in delegated activities
- Manage time and resources effectively to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current New Hampshire Board of Nursing RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
