Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support patients and their families through clear communication and compassionate care
• Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Nursing
• Active STR Ners (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse
• Experience in hospital setting (medical-surgical, general ward, ICU, or ER) preferred
• Experience in aged care is a plus
• Willing to achieve IELTS Academic (target overall 7.0) or equivalent
• Ability to meet AHPRA registration requirements
• Strong motivation to pursue an international nursing career
