Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for emergency patients across all age groups
• Carry out physician orders accurately and efficiently
• Identify emergencies and provide necessary interventions
• Perform POC testing and equipment quality checks
• Manage patient data, including history and clinical details, within the information system
• Provide leadership and direction to co-workers and staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Address patient concerns with tact, courtesy, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Texas nursing licensure in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS credentials
• Ability to obtain PALS/ENPC and NIH Stroke Scale certification within six months of hire
• Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
