Registered Nurse - Home Care Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and periodic in-home nursing assessments for new and ongoing clients
• Develop, review, and update personalized care plans in alignment with client needs
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to non-medical caregivers to ensure adherence to care plans
• Perform field supervision visits and document observations per agency protocol
• Serve as the primary point of contact for care escalations and clinical concerns
• Support caregiver training, orientation, and professional development
• Ensure all care is aligned with agency policies, state regulations, and best practices
• Complete accurate and timely documentation within the agency’s digital recordkeeping system

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care, geriatrics, or community health
• Reliable transportation to conduct regular home visits
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising caregivers or support staff
