Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care for patients undergoing hemodialysis
• Manage care across all phases: pre-, intra-, and post-hemodialysis
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs
• Use critical thinking to manage clinical situations and emergencies
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient response
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of dialysis equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control and safety protocols
• Support quality improvement, ongoing learning, and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current nursing license in home country
• Current nursing license in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Dialysis Nurse
