Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical nursing care including assessments, care planning, and ongoing reviews
• Perform a wide range of clinical assessments such as Falls Risk, Cognitive, Continence, Pain, Skin Integrity, and Wound care
• Provide wound care and assist with continence management and catheter care
• Collaborate with the Client Care Manager to enhance home care client outcomes
• Monitor service quality to ensure care aligns with regulatory and organisational standards
• Build strong relationships with customers, carers, and key healthcare stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate clinical experience (ideally in aged care or community care)
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and Basic Life Support (HLTAID010)
• National Police Check suitable for aged care
• Full driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Strong understanding of aged care standards, WHS, and risk management practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in palliative care
• Experience in dementia care
