Registered Nurse - General Surgical

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient experience and high-quality clinical care
• Play an active role within a high-functioning, proactive multidisciplinary team
• Utilize broad clinical knowledge within a small, flexible surgical environment
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment
• Support the development and growth of the surgical service through collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in acute surgical nursing
• Current NMBA and AHPRA registration
• Relevant Graduate or Post Graduate nursing qualification
• Strong clinical understanding of surgical nursing care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive time management and prioritization skills
