Responsibilities

• Evaluate acutely ill patients in-person or via phone
• Take vital signs, record health histories, and update EMR
• Teach patients how to manage chronic conditions
• Explain medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes
• Review patient data for routine check-ups and preventive tests
• Handle prior authorizations and coordinate referrals
• Assist doctors with exams and in-office procedures
• Perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and give injections

Requirements

• Licensed RN
• 2+ years experience doing clinical triage
• Reliable access to personal transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
