Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for outpatient hemodialysis patients
• Perform patient assessments before, during, and after treatment and document findings
• Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and transplant awareness
• Support emergency response measures and collaborate with the care team
• Assist with lab collection, processing, and shipping procedures
• Participate in quality improvement, staff training, and orientation activities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state nursing licensure
• Current CPR BLS certification
• Ability to meet state practice requirements
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience
• Chronic or acute hemodialysis experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting
