Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within home care services in Lund
• Assist in introduction, training, and delegation for a growing staff group
• Supervise staff regarding health and medical tasks
• Responsible for long-term planning including risk assessments and health plans
• Manage acute interventions and unexpected medical situations
• Maintain continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of health changes
• Collaborate with doctors and other internal/external contacts to ensure quality care

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Ability to work independently and lead others
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home healthcare (hemsjukvård)
• Knowledge of dementia care
