Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care within home healthcare services
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physiotherapists, assistant nurses, and care assistants
• Work within a team to continuously develop and improve operations

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Sjuksköterska) or District Nurse (Distriktssjuksköterska)
• Valid B driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home healthcare (hemvård)
