Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role within the team and influence operations
• Supervise staff regarding health and medical care matters
• Maintain continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status
• Collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and other internal/external contacts to ensure high-quality care
• Organize nursing care effectively within the team

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and make responsible priorities
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Ability to build good relationships and a service-oriented mindset
