Responsibilities

• Act in a supervisory role within the team, leading staff in healthcare matters
• Participate in the management group to focus on operational quality and goals
• Maintain continuous dialogue with relatives and next of kin
• Collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and external contacts to ensure high-quality care
• Organize nursing care in the most effective way possible

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license (required for collaboration between sites during weekends)
• Ability to work independently and lead others
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within elderly care
