About the role
Responsibilities
- Create conditions for patients to live as independent and meaningful lives as possible
- Take responsibility for nursing care and lead other staff members
- Supervise staff in health and medical care matters
- Maintain continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status
- Collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and external contacts to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Swedish work permit or passport
- Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)
