Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Create conditions for patients to live as independent and meaningful lives as possible
• Take responsibility for nursing care and lead other staff members
• Supervise staff in health and medical care matters
• Maintain continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status
• Collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and external contacts to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within elderly care
