Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within home care services in Lund
• Assist in introduction, training, and delegation for a growing staff group
• Supervise staff in daily health and medical tasks
• Manage long-term planning through risk assessments and health plans
• Handle acute medical interventions and unexpected situations
• Maintain continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status
• Collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and external contacts to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Ability to work independently and lead others
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
