Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments in a hands-off capacity
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and current medication lists
• Evaluate claimant functional independence, including ADL and IADL tasks
• Perform brief cognitive screenings
• Utilize point-of-care web applications on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• Ability to function professionally in diverse home environments

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with mobile technology and web-based documentation systems
