Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

Responsibilities

• Perform Long Term Care insurance assessments by obtaining claimant demographics and physician information
• Evaluate claimant functional independence, cognitive levels, and ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation using point-of-care web applications on a laptop or tablet
• Obtain and verify current medication lists during field visits

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
• Ability to function professionally in diverse home environments regardless of client demographics
• Technologically savvy with the ability to use mobile documentation systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Registered Nurse experience
• Proven ability to work independently in a field-based setting
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
